You can delete your data and account at any time via “My Profile” in the HeyWaitr app.

You get both your receipts in the HeyWaitr app or via email.

 

If you are logged in with Apple without allowing the HeyWaitr app to get your real email, you must update to the email you use via “My Profile”

If your order has been accepted and then refunded, it may take 1-3 days before the amount is refunded, depending on the card issuer or payment method.

 

If, on the other hand, you have canceled your order or the order has not been accepted, the reservation of the amount should be canceled immediately. In special cases, it can take up to 1 business day, but this is rare.

We are of course sorry to hear that. You must make direct contact with our partner where you ordered your food or drink from, so that they can be helpful in solving your challenge.
