In addition to his role as restaurant manager, Jacob is incredibly fond of tartare & red wine and has tested countless places across the country. In addition, he likes to travel and be active.
He can often be found in the gym, preferably first thing in the evening.
Jacob himself has worked in both a kitchen and been a servant on the Jutland heath.
In addition to his role as IT head chef, Michael has a strong passion for cooking. A true expert in the kitchen, he enjoys experimenting with exciting dishes and diving into the finer details of culinary creations. Michael also loves traveling, especially to destinations with rich and vibrant food cultures.
He can often be found at the gym, preferably early in the morning, enjoying the peace and quiet.
Michael himself has had a restaurant in the capital region.
