Happens all by itself
An hour after the order, the guest gets the email, once the order is completed. Nobody has to remember anything, and each order gets just one email.
An hour after the order, heywaitr emails the guest five stars to choose from. One tap, four quick ratings and room for a comment, and the response is waiting for you in heywaitr.
Runs by itself after every completed order. The survey is in Danish. The guest gives an overall rating and then rates the food, the service, the waiting time and the ordering experience one by one. So you can see whether it is the kitchen, the pace or something else entirely that lifts you up or pulls you down.
The email asks how the experience was and shows five stars, from Dårlig (poor) to Fremragende (excellent). The guest taps one and lands on a short page where the overall rating is already filled in.
Under Ratings in heywaitr you see the averages and every single response with name, time, comment and ratings. A low score moves to the top, so you can reach out to the guest while the experience is still fresh.

Four everyday moments at a restaurant.
A table orders four burgers at 19:10. Around 20:00 the guest taps Fremragende (excellent) in the email and writes “Great burgers, we’ll be back!”. On Monday the owner reads the response under Ratings.
“Lovely waiter and quick food” sits in the list next to the ratings. Read it out at the morning briefing, so the team knows what guests appreciate.
Food 4.7 and waiting time 3.8 on average. Now the kitchen knows it is the pace, not the food, that needs work.
A guest gives 2 stars because the fries were cold. The response sits at the top, flagged. The manager calls the guest and invites them back.
