Let dine in orders bypass the cap, so the limit only applies to take away and delivery.

LUNCH AND DINNER
Two time windows on the same day. A low cap from 11:30 to 14:00, a higher one from 17:00 to 22:00. The cap follows your staffing.
TAKE AWAY ONLY
Dine in bypasses the cap. Guests in the room notice nothing, while take away is held at a level the kitchen can keep up with.
RUSH MODE 80 %
Waiting times rise automatically at 80 % capacity. The guest gets a realistic estimate instead of a disappointment.
